Terms of Service — Login Pilot

1. General

1. These Terms govern the use of the Login Pilot service at www.login-pilot.com.
2. Login Pilot is operated by:

3. Login Pilot provides secure sign-in (SSO) for Client Services within the DNA HEALTHCARE ecosystem.

2. Definitions

• Service / Login Pilot — sign-in and session management system
• User — a person who uses Login Pilot to sign in
• Client Services — applications and services using Login Pilot
• SSO Providers — external identity providers (Google, Apple, Facebook/Meta)

3. Scope of the Service

1. Login Pilot authenticates Users and redirects them to the relevant Client Service.
2. Login Pilot does not provide medical services and is not a diagnostic tool.
3. Client Services may have their own terms and policies.

4. Account and sign-in

1. Users may sign in using available SSO Providers where offered.
2. Users are responsible for the security of their device and SSO Provider accounts.
3. Login Pilot may apply abuse-prevention measures (rate limits, temporary blocks, checks).

5. Acceptable use

• Do not bypass or attempt to bypass security measures.
• No automated attacks/bots or security testing without written permission.
• Do not disrupt or damage the service.
• Do not impersonate others.

6. Third-party providers (Google/Apple/Facebook)

1. SSO sign-in is also subject to providers’ terms and policies.
2. Login Pilot uses SSO data only for sign-in and security as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

8. Suspension and termination

1. We may suspend/limit access if we detect security risk, Terms violations, or due to maintenance/incidents.
2. Users can request account/data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

1. Login Pilot (software, branding, interface) is protected by law.
2. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights to the User.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

1. We work to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
3. EU consumer protections apply where mandatory.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

12. Governing law and final provisions

1. Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the User’s country.
